Shipping policy

We only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. We take each order in turns and work on them per day (they can take more than 5 days). Orders are shipped on the stipulated day and may take 3 to 5 business days. We are not responsible for misspelled addresses, returned packages, or lost and/or broken packages after leaving them in the hands of the post office. You must be responsible for entering all the correct information and making a claim to the mail if any problem occurs with your package.
