Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ORDER CONDITIONS

Once your request is received if we need any additional information about your order, we will contact you via email. It is the client's responsibility to respond to said email within 24-48 hours otherwise they will miss their turn. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, they may take 5 days or more depending on the order's shift. It is the customer's responsibility to place the required information correctly and without spelling errors. If this is not the case and your order is processed with said errors, you must reorder to correct it. We are not responsible for incorrect information of which we are not aware. It is the customer's responsibility to send the required arts in high quality. Logo or designs that cannot be worked on will automatically cancel your order. Once the work or sample sent is approved, it will be carried out and you will no longer be able to make any changes.
